Meet the Camp Crew.:
Mariia
Witch-in-Chief
Mariia is the founder of Copenhagen Occult Club and Witch Summer Camp - the witch who dreamed it up and shaped it into form. Most of her work happens long before camp begins: planning the program, communication, promotion, applications and pulling all the many threads together.
At camp, Mariia finally gets to step into the world she spent the year creating - joining as a participant, holding The Magician’s Workshop, and being the camp’s tough-but-loving big sister. You’ll usually find her somewhere in the middle of it all, ready with a hug, witchy wisdom, a listening ear or the occasional magical kick in the butt.
At the heart of it all is her mission to bring witches and weirdos together, build real community, and create spaces where modern magick can actually be lived, shared and explored.
Mariia is a witch-of-many-trades … READ MORE HERE.
Caroline
Camp Manager & Fire goblin
Our camp manager Caroline will be your go-to gal for all things practical at summer camp. She might not be a witch herself, but she’s been a Girl Scout and Scout Leader for over 20 years, which means she has plenty of experience creating engaging communities and experiences for - and with - women and girls. She’ll be sharing that experience with us, helping make our time in the woods practically perfect.
Caroline is also a self-proclaimed Fire Goblin - and you’ll find her pretty much everywhere at camp. Keeping things moving, solving problems before they become problems, tending fires (literal and metaphorical), fixing, finding and figuring things out, and generally making sure all the practical pieces fall into place. If something needs doing, chances are Caroline is already on it.
Jennifer
Assistant & Project Manager
For the past two decades, Jennifer has moved through the worlds of witchcraft and craftmanship, combining practical skills with grounded magick.
With experience in entrepreneurship, fundraising, project coordination, and events, she helps keep Witch Summer Camp running behind the scenes through timelines, budgeting, logistics, and admin tasks.
Jennifer is our Keeper of Time - the organisational witch making sure the programme runs smoothly and that we all know where we’re supposed to be, when we’re supposed to be there. Armed with spreadsheets, schedules and an almost supernatural ability to keep track of everything, she keeps workshops, rituals, breaks and all the moving pieces of camp aligned.
Without Jennifer’s organisational magick, Witch Summer Camp would very quickly descend into chaos and mayhem - and while we enjoy a healthy dose of both, she makes sure we actually make it to the ritual on time.

Eline
Camp Kitchen Witch
Eline is a chef, kitchen witch and owner of the business “Regenerativt Køkken” (The Regenerative Kitchen). She works in close relationship with nature, creating strictly seasonal food—mostly over open fire—using freshly harvested local vegetables, honey from her own bees, and wild herbs from the forest. Eline is a local in the Bidstrup Woods, where the camp takes place, and she will bring her heavy cast-iron pots, sourdoug and cooking spells.
Eline has cooked for many retreats and camps, ensuring that everyone is well-fed and deeply nourished, with care given to allergies and special dietary needs.
This year Eline will bring a few helping hands and be more part of the camp.

Charlotte
Creative Director & Practical Crew
Charlotte is one half of Fandens mælkebøtte, a small DIY operation brewing witchy goods with dirt under the nails and magic in mind. She’s a trained professional gardener with a deep love for plants, forests, botany, and collective ways of being.
At camp, Charlotte will be the “Keeper of the aesthetic” - the one making sure we’re surrounded by fresh flowers, cosy corners and little touches of witchy beauty throughout camp. But make no mistake: she does so much more. She’s an absolute FORCE behind the scenes. Also ready to guide optional walks into the local woods, sharing plant knowledge, local lore, and quiet forest wisdom. Her work is grounded in soil, curiosity, and the belief that plants are collaborators rather than resources.
Herb bitch extraordinaire. Rooted in soil, led by intuition.
Sanne
Kitchen Witch & Practical Crew
Sanne is the other half of Fandens Mælkebøtte, a small DIY operation brewing witchy goods with dirt under the nails and magic in mind. She is also a trained professional gardener, she teaches the coming generations of gardeners, and sharing her love of plants that way. Living in the countryside and exploring the forest local to Camp, fusing plant lore and magic in her work.
At camp, Sanne is one of the forces that keeps everything running and everyone well-fed. Sanne will be making breakfast, baking fresh buns, making homemade jam, whipping up afternoon cakes and so much more. She’ll also be around to share her plant knowledge, solve problems, lend a hand wherever needed, and generally work her practical magic behind the scenes. Sanne carries a lot of the camp on her very capable shoulders.
Sanne works with plants in many forms, diving into Kitchen Witchery and Hedge Witchery, besides her work with Fandens Mælkebøtte.
Fia
Yoga Witch & Practical Crew
Fia is a firecracker yoga guide with over 13 years of experience and a playful, punk-spirited approach to practice. Her style is gentle flow, yin pauses, and intuitive movement.
At camp Fia will guide morning yoga as a sacred ritual -with humor, heart, and a little rebellion, blending gentle flow, yin pauses, and playful movement, offering a space held for you to arrive fully, trust your inner rhythm, and begin the day rooted in your own power.
Fia keeps the good vibes flowing while working her magic behind the scenes - helping keep camp clean, tidy and running smoothly, and always bringing warmth, energy and a helping hand wherever it’s needed.

Signe
Event Witch & Practical Crew
Signe is an experienced event coordinator with a deep connection to the forest and the moon. She’s practiced witchcraft for the last five years and is mainly inspired by shamanism and animism.
She lives with her husband and child in the countryside, close to the forest and the sea, with a bunch of animals and a big vegetable patch.
At camp Signe will do a little bit of everything practical and she put all the magical gift bags together.
Sofie
Space Holder & Pracitical crew
Sofie is a true clay witch who works in her own ceramic community studio in Malmø. Through clay, she explores the bond and meeting point between body/nature, intuition, ritual and the elements.
At camp she will facilitate a magical ceramic talisman workshop (more info soon!) as well as being a crew member.
