COC’s markets are curated spaces for witches, occultists, makers, artists, readers, healers, collectors, weirdos and magical creators of all paths.
We are here for witchCRAFT - magick as craft, and craft as magick.
We value human hands and minds, original ideas, skill, story, intuition and things made, found or chosen with intention. Handmade and small-batch work, art and design, independent publications, vintage, antiques, flea-market treasures, upcycling, strange objects and thoughtfully curated goods all belong here.
People Before Profit
At the heart of COC is a quietly but firmly anti-capitalist ethos: people before profit, care before scale and creativity over endless consumption.
Our markets are an alternative to the endless stream of cheap, disposable and mass-produced witchy stuff.
Temu, Shein, AliExpress, Wish and similar ultra-cheap mass-production platforms are simply not part of the COC market ecosystem. Buying mass-produced products from these platforms to resell at COC markets is simply not what we’re here for.
This doesn’t mean that every teeny tiny component in a handmade product has to be handmade or come with a perfectly traceable supply chain. We know that’s nearly impossible, and commercially produced materials and components are part of many crafts. We’re not interested in lists of suppliers. What matters is that what you bring has genuinely passed through your hands, creativity or curatorial eye – whether through making, transforming, upcycling, thoughtfully combining materials or carefully sourcing and selecting what you sell.
If you sell jewellery or other products worn on the body, you are responsible for ensuring that the materials and components you use comply with applicable EU/Danish regulations, including requirements concerning substances such as nickel, lead and cadmium.
And vintage, antiques, second-hand and flea-market finds are a different beast entirely. We love old shit. <3
Made By People
COC markets celebrate human creativity in all its strange, skilled and imperfect glory, with or without the use of digital tools.
The art, illustrations, designs and other creative work sold here should fundamentally originate from the people creating it.
AI-generated products or designs simply aren't what we're here for.
Originality + Credit
Bring your own ideas into the world. Be inspired, get weird, borrow from history, folklore, magick and the enormous collective soup of human culture -but please don't copy other creators' work and call it your own.
If you're curating or selling the work of another artist, designer or maker, please give credit where credit is due!
Community Over Competition
These markets are more than places to buy and sell things. They are gathering places for the occult and witchy community; places to meet, exchange knowledge, discover each other's work, make connections (and friends) and feel a little less alone in being weird.
We are not competitors. We are colleagues.
We support each other, recommend each other and make room for newcomers as well as old familiar faces.
You don't have to practise the same magick, believe the same things or agree on everything. All magical weirdos, curious outsiders and other strange creatures are welcome here.
What we expect is respect, -for each other, for our guests and for the strange little ecosystem we're building together.
Readers and Sessions
Divination, sessions and healing are a unique and very important part of the markets too.
We welcome tarot readers, palmists, clairvoyants, psychics, rune readers, healers and other intuitive practitioners with different traditions, methods and beliefs, who approach their work with care, integrity and respect for the person sitting across from them.
Trust, Not Policing
We're not interested in creating a hundred rules for what is and isn't allowed. This is a manifesto, not a law book. <3
We work on trust, common sense, critical thinking and shared values. <3
If something clearly doesn't align with the spirit of what we're creating, we'll deal with it when it comes up. <3
We don't expect perfection. We do expect care, consideration, originality, integrity and respect for the community. <3

Det Okkulte Allehelgens Marked

at Køge Museum
On October 31st, Køge Museum will open its doors for a special day dedicated to history, mystery, and creativity (and ofcourse the seasonal trickster mayhem of Halloween). We invite sellers and makers of witchy, spiritual, occult, and alternative goods as well as readers of cards, runes, hands etc, to take part in this unique indoor market (and dress up in your scariest outfits! ), where visitors can discover everything from candles, ceramics, jewelry, art, antiques, oracle or tarot cards, and books, to other curious and magical creations or magical readings or healing sessions of all kinds.
As a creator, vendor or reader, we'd love for you to lean into the spirit of the day and dress up for the occasion. Whether you arrive as an elegant Victorian medium, a forest witch, vampire, ghost, plague doctor, haunted librarian, cryptid or something entirely your own, your costume helps transform the museum into a truly magical experience for our visitors.
No pressure, of course, but if you've ever needed an excuse to wear that outfit that's been hiding in your wardrobe... this is it.
The market itself will be held indoors at the museum, giving your offerings a beautiful and atmospheric backdrop within the historic setting. Alongside the stalls, the day will feature guided town walks, engaging lectures, and opportunities for visitors to explore the museum’s exhibitions.
This event is designed to attract a broad audience; curious locals, history enthusiasts, witches, and seekers of the mystical, making it a wonderful opportunity to share your craft and connect with new customers.
If you would like to take part as a vendor, creator or reader, we warmly invite you to apply for a space at the market.
We will all be in the main building of the museum, we will do our very best to place the readers in quiet areas.
Price pr. rectangular table (80 x 120 cm) for physical goods is 400 dkk
Price pr. round table (80 cm in diameter w. two chairs) for readings or sessions is 300 dkk.
(Participation fee to be paid via a payment link once your application has been approved).

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the maket is fully booked, so do not hessitate too long before you apply. I look forward to hearing from you.

Payment is made directly via a simple, secure link to the Lobster Moon webshop, that will be sent once your application is approved. You’ll have 14 days to pay. Please note that your spot isn’t secured until payment is completed, so to avoid reminders (and the risk of losing your table), it’s best to take care of the payment as soon as possible and before the deadline.
Cancellation:
Please note: If you have to cancel and IF I can give your table to someone else a refund will be possible, otherwise there is no refund. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the market there is NO REFUND. In case you have to cancel (whether you have already paid or not) please send me an e-mail as soon as possible at copenhagenoccultclub@gmail.com.
The Market time frame:
8:30 - 9:45 setting up
9:45 - 10:00 swapping / shopping from eachother
10:00 - 16:00 the marked is ON.
16:01 - 17:00 packing away.
We would like to be READY to open at 10 o’clock SHARP on the day of the market, so arrive no later than 9 o’clock but no earlier than 8:30.
Please stay until we close and keep your stand open for business until 16:00, it gives a bad energy if people starts packing up too early. We will help the museum staff clear away all the tables. The museum will do the cleaning etc, but you need to clear away your own trash etc.
Tables + Seats:
TABLE SIZES:
80 x 120 cm for physical goods and 80 cm in diameters w. two chairs for readings or sessions.
All vendors and creators will also have the possibility to sit on a chair by their table. Maximum two chairs pr. table as standard. Køge Museum will provide the chairs and tables.
Parking:
There is NO parking at the museum.
Before and after the market: You can stop at Nørregade in front of the museum for a short time only to unload / load your goods into your car.
PLEASE BE AWARE: You need to pay for parking in Køge on Saturdays until 15:00! (10 dkk pr. hour)

There will be either a small table w. two chairs or pillows and sheep skins available for you to sit on the floor, provided by KIB.
If your offering require that you bring a massage table, please note this in your application. A massage table will require payments for two seats.
In the Reader’s Lounge you COLLECTIVELY decide your floorplan and set up on the day of the market. So your meeting time is 10:00 sharp, please don’t be late! (More info about this later)
