Returns & Claims
At Lobster Moon, all (except the Earth Magick Tarot set) physical products are handmade, hand-packed, and shipped by a very small independent business. Minor variations in colour, shape, texture, patina, and natural materials are part of the unique character of handmade items and are not considered defects.
Claims
Under Danish and EU consumer law, you have a 2-year right to make a claim regarding manufacturing defects or faults present at the time of purchase.

Photos of the product and packaging (if relevant)

Handmade & Vintage Materials
Most Lobster Moon creations are handmade in small batches and may include vintage, reclaimed, antique, or natural materials. Signs of age, wear, irregularities, and variations are often part of the item's charm and history and will be described whenever relevant.
Shipping Damage
